1933 Sperti Irradiation Lamp Bulb and Fixture.

This object is the bulb and bulb fixture from a 1933 Sperti Irradiation Lamp. Dr. George Sperti was a pioneer in Vitamin D therapy. I also have the shade from this Sperti Lamp un in my Advertising section folder.

1933 Industrial light bulb object, it does not work - but it is a beautiful object on its own. This object is from a Irradiation lamp that used ultra violet with infra red light - combining the two.

The bulb is enclosed in its original metal frame and housing.

The size is 8 1/2" long and 3" high. The bulb is not cracked or broken - the white electronic tube piece that is on both sides is cracked on just one side, the side without the clip . The bottom side has electric pegs that were used to plug the bulb fixture into the lamp, they are 1/2" long and there are four of them.
