Packages are shipped out via USPS mail, based on the shipping method selected at check out. All purchases include insurance & orders over $200 include signature confirmation. We offer two different shipping methods:

1. First Class Mail: We offer this shipping service FREE anywhere in the US! This service typically takes 2-5 business days on average. (For international customers, this service varies by destination and customs, but can take up to 4-6 weeks)

2. Priority Mail: This shipping service is typically faster than first class mail, on average taking about 1-3 business days within the US. (For international customers, this service typicaly takes 6-10 business days for most major markets.)

Please be aware that some countries may charge import taxes, customs, and fees. Before purchasing, please be familiar with your countries' import policies . We are not responsible for these fees, and are unable to mark purchases as "gift" on customs forms.

All shipping fees are nonrefundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Items stating FINAL SALE are ineligible for return.
Notification of a return should be made within 3 days of delivery and postmarked within 7 days. We require packages to be insured and tracking info provided.
Once jewelry is received in its original, un-altered condition, we will promptly issue your refund. Please mail returns in appropriate packaging; jewelry should not be mailed in a paper envelope. We cannot be responsible for rings lost in the mail due to improper packaging or incorrect postage.
No returns will be accepted on items that have been severely damaged or altered in any way, including sizings. We cannot offer partial refunds.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your purchase. The remainder must be paid within 8-12 weeks over a scheduled payment program. We bill through paypal invoicing to the e-mail provided upon checkout. When making your purchase, please select "other" (versus credit card or PayPal) as your method of payment and we will send your first invoice shortly following, which must be paid within 24 hours of receipt. Returns on items purchased through our layaway program are accepted and eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Most rings can be sized at least 1-2 sizes either up or down by a skilled jeweler. If a ring cannot be sized, this will be stated in its listing. We are not able to offer sizing through our store at this time.

We strive to insure that all of our jewelry is in ready to wear condition. Although they have endured for many years (some over a century!) they do need to be treated gently and are not indestructible.
Please be aware that products such as hairspray, perfume, and chlorine from swimming pools can cause irreparable damage to porous gemstones including pearls, turquoise, opals, coral etc.
We recommend that you remove all jewelry before doing work around the house or yard, washing-up, showering or swimming, handling pets or caring for young children, or vigorous activities such as rock climbing, biking, etc.
We cannot be held responsible or offer refund for any damage howsoever caused, if jewelry is not removed during tasks such as these.

Buying vintage jewelry is an excellent choice for the eco-conscious shopper. No new chemicals are introduced to the environment, and it reduces the damages and expended resources required to produce new jewelry. The concern of owning conflict or "blood" diamonds (used by rebel groups to fund war costs) is greatly reduced because that practice did not begin until the early 1990's. Diamonds before this time are recognized to be conflict-free.

We do our utmost to accurately represent each of our pieces. Treatment of non-diamond gemstones has been occurring for over a century and is not always identifiable without costly independent lab testing. As this requires the disassembly of the jewelry, it is our preference to avoid causing unnecessary strain to the jewelry, except in the instances of very rare or high-end pieces.
