We recommend that you wait at least 4 to 6 weeks before you install your wall decals to allow the paint to fully cure.

Yes and No. It really depends on how heavily textured your walls are. As a general rule we DO NOT RECOMMEND INSTALLING WALL DECALS ON TEXTURED WALLS. Lightly textured walls may be the exception to this rule.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND INSTALLING ANY WALL DECALS ON TEXTURED WALLS REGARDLESS OF HOW TEXTURED YOU FEEL YOUR WALLS ARE. If you have textured walls and you ordered wall decals to apply to that wall, please cancel your order immediately BEFORE THAT ORDER IS MADE AND SHIPPED and a full refund will be given.

We won't recommend any paint types / manufacturers to use BUT we do recommend that you stay away from any paints that are labeled with any type of "Stain Blocker", "Stain Resistant", "Low VOC" and "Zero VOC". These paints are very unfriendly to self adhesive vinyl wall decals no matter who makes them.

There really is no way of knowing at this point. One quick check is to take a piece of masking tape and put it on the wall. If it falls off or comes off with very little resistance, you "may" have an issue installing wall decals.

NO, unlike a lot of our competitors we ship your order with all of the vinyl lettering pre-spaced and aligned just as it is shown in the listing image then completley covered in transfer paper so it's just a matter of installing the entire sheet. at one time or possibly 2 sheets. The only exception are the clouds in the Airplane and Cloud Set Wall Decal Set and leaves in some of the Tree Branch Wall Decal Sets. We find it much easier to work with these without the transfer paper.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the UNUSED item in its ORIGINAL CONDITION within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item. Shipping costs are not included in the refund. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on items that are Custom or Personalized and / or have been INSTALLED or if INSTALLATION has been ATTEMPTED; we also cannot accept returns on custom orders. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Should you choose to return your eligible order, please email us ahead of time so we know to expect the return.

Because there are so many different types of paint on the market we DO NOT GUARANTEE the vinyl that we use will stick / adhere to your painted surface.

We combine items on ALL orders regardless if it's a US order or International order. This means you are only charged shipping one time per order no matter if you are purchasing one piece or ten pieces, you will only be charged once for shipping.

All US orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. This is the most economical way for us to ship US orders. The boxes, tubes and tracking are all free when using USPS Priority Mail service. If you use First Class Parcel it's actually more expensive when the cost of the mail service, delivery confirmation and the cost of the box or tube is factored in. I have done the math on more than one occasion so please don't ask for a cheaper shipping rate, it just doesn't exists.

ALL VAT AND / OR CUSTOMS TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. All International orders are shipped USPS First-Class Package International Service with "Tracking". Depending on where it is being shipped to, tracking may or may not be completely available. Some countries just don't have the ability to update USPS tracking. Delivery times vary by destination and really depends on how backed up your Customs Service is. It may be as little as 1 to 2 weeks or as much as 6 to 8 weeks OR MORE, I think the closer that you get to Christmas the worse the time delay. You, as the customer are responsible for any Import Tax and or VAT.
