Refunds are NOT OFFERED on digital designs. Once I send you the files, the sale is final. If you have any questions or issues with your purchase, please contact me. I can and will do everything possible to make sure you are happy with your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your handmade purchase, I can offer a refund on the cost of the item purchased within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. Please contact me to let me know you would like to request a return or exchange. There is no refund on shipping/handling charges.

When returning your package, please include the following:

1) Item(s) that have not been played with or shows signs of use.
2) A copy of the original invoice
3) Let me know the reason for your return.

Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return. Insure your return or use a method such as UPS or FedEx to have a record of your return. I am not responsible for lost or items damaged during shipping.

I will credit your account on the card used for purchase once the return is received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. There is no refund on Shipping/Handling on returned handmade items.
