If you fail to receive the product, we will refund the price of the product once we receive it back, but we will not refund the shipping costs.
LOST DELIVERY
In case of lost delivery, we will send you a refund once the postal service provider confirms the loss. Please, contact us if you believe your order has been lost.
PRODUCT DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
If your item is damaged in shipping, please take clear photos of the item in damaged packaging and send them to us. We will discuss with you whether / how to send the item back, and we will send you refund.
