Bienvenue! Here is a lovely arcopal (milk glass) pitcher from 1972 designed by Jean-Charles Meunier for Mobil gas stations. Back in the day, french gas stations would give out points that patrons could redeem for prizes. An entire line of dishes were produced with this immediately recognizable flower print. This pitcher would go nicely with the coffee cups i have in my shop. Arcopal is an extremely resistant glass fired at high temperatures. The pitcher is in very good vintage condition, except for a few scratches in the paint and a stain in the inside which might come out with a little elbow grease (i am lazy). Mobil dishes are quite sought after in France, and this would make a lovely addition to an existing collection, or in a retro kitchen.
If you are interested in purchasing the cups and the pitcher, let me know and i can set up a listing for you. http://www.etsy.com/listing/77211115/set-of-6-french-vintage-arcopal-mobil
