*The design process takes 3-5 business days after deposit & order submitted. Once the mock-up PDF is approved & 50% payment is made, supplies are ordered to make a printed sample of your custom design (which can take a week+). Approve design via photo sent by email or physical sample sent by snail-mail. Full payment is due after approval & before final production & shipping (USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail).
