Each embroidery began as an original drawing and is hand stitched. Its simple nature and contemporary feel make it a great gift or addition to decor. It can be hung on the wall or propped on a shelf. This piece is ready to hang, inserting a nail (not included with purchase) through the metal clasp at the top of the hoop.
The back is covered and the embroidery hoop secured the embroidery hoop now serves as a frame. For this reason please do not remove the outer wooden hoop from the piece. Pulling on or disturbing the threads on the front of the piece could cause damage.
This blind continuous line drawing was inspired and sketched on site at ‘The Shrinking Universe’ by the artist Eva Rothschild in the Irish Pavilion at the 58th Biennale Arte 2019.
