What is your return policy

MaLi Beads will accept returns according to our store policy listed per item at the time of check out. Items must be in new and resealable conditions. Please note the initial shipping (even if it was free at time of check out) would be deducted from the credit. Buyer is also responsible for sending items back via tracked/insured method. Seller is not responsible for lost returns. Item will be sent back or refunded as a store credit if passed the return period. All product packaging must be returned with the item or a $4 fee will be assessed. Since all items are made to order returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If an item arrives defective- what are my options?

If an item arrives defective we will ship a replacement of the same exact item and send a return label for the defective piece.

How will my refund be issued

Refunds are in the form of a store credit.
