Every order is shipped in a rigid mailer and comes with a detailed instruction sheet.

Every product is made completely in the U.S.A. with .0025mm thick, top-quality vinyl.

Mech Heads Decals will ship your ordered items as soon as possible via First Class Mail. Our items are usually made-to-order, but we also take trips to our vinyl supplier every Saturday, so an item may take up to two weeks to ship, depending on order volume.

If you have an order that you need by a certain date, please let us know specifically by noting it on the order (these decals make great birthday or holiday gifts for the super-fan!) We will try to get urgent orders out within a week, but can make your decal overnight if needed for a small fee.

If you have questions about applying your decal, please send us a message. if you accidentally damage your decal during application, contact us directly and we will be happy to send you a replacement (you only need to pay $2 shipping for the replacement.)

If your order is incorrect, please contact us and we will fix the mistake ASAP.

If you don't like the decal quality, contact us before installation and we will work with you to get something you like or give you a refund. We want you to be both pleased with our products, and be proud and show off your cool new decal!
