this retro rotary dial phone was the standard telephone in Australian homes during the 1960's and 70's. phone dials well, good vintage condition with only a few marks and scuffs. still has original disc phone cover, but number has worn off in the light. cord is matching in colour, which is uncommon as it is usually brown. the back half of the plug is missing, but once you plug it into the wall, it cannot be seen. also has a metal finger stopper....

this model P.M.G. 801 from the 800 series is not as common as the 802 (the 801 has the numbers on the outside of the dial). the bottom of the phone is engraved with P.M.G. 801 AT AWA 69 S.1/202.

bell volume can be changed on the bottom of the phone.
