If you would like a preview of your print before posting, please request this in your order.
All previews are sent via Etsy message or email. It is very important to keep an eye on your messages/ emails and have notifications turned on, so you can approve the final draft.

Alternatively, if you want to leave your number we can WhatsApp previews to you so you don’t miss them**

After sending the preview, we allow 24 hours to communicate any changes.

If there is no response after 24 hours, we will ship/send the item to avoid any delays in shipping.

Our print sizes are shown in the drop-down menu for most prints.

We offer A5, A4 or A3 Sizes.

*Please Note some prints are only available in A4 or A3.

We’d recommend enhancing the beauty of your print by framing it.

These are unframed prints. If you are looking to buy a frame to go with your purchase the dimensions are below: -

A5 Size 148 x 210 mm / 5.8” x 11.7” inches
A4 Size 210 x 297 mm / 8.3” x 11.7” inches
A3 Size 297 x 420 mm / 11.7 x 16.5” inches

We recommend mounted frames. These will make the print appear bigger and elevate the aesthetic of your print.

We recommend neutral frames such as Gold, Silver, Black, White or Wooden Effect frames but of course this will depend on the recipients decor.

Our prints are printed onto a high quality, thick photo card stock using the best quality professional laser printing.

All A4 prints are shipped with a protective sleeve and hard backed envelope to ensure they are not damaged by rain / bending in transit.

All A3 Prints are shipped in thick cardboard tubes to protect from bending and weather damage in transit.

•𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞•
These prints are personalised items, and these take a lot of time and effort to make. These are non-refundable.
If prints arrive damaged or incorrect, we are happy to send out replacements, but no refunds or returns will be accepted.

All prints bought from my shop are not permitted to be re-sold.

If you would like your order to be dispatched quickly, please purchase it with NEXT DAY DELIVERY at the checkout. This is available on weekdays only (Mon-Fri) and must be purchased before 11am to get this the following day. If purchased after 11am it will be dispatched the next day.
