This is a cravat (a formal, Victorian necktie) made from a lightweight silk fabric. It is very soft, so this is a good one to wear directly against your skin, if you prefer that instead of tying it outside your collar.

This color is rich and luscious, a color between blue and purple. None of my camera settings managed to do it justice, so I shall reference my Pantone book and tell you the closest match is #19-3864, Mazarine Blue. The second closest is #19-3955, Royal Blue.

Long cravats like this are able to go around a man's neck twice before tying a knot or bow-- a style most popular in the time of Jane Austen, but that endured for a hundred years. The photos illustrate how the knots look with a 67" cravat on a 17" neck.

The matching pocket square is an 8.5" hemmed square of the same silk, and is optional if you would like to add it to your order.
Hand wash, hang dry.
Please choose carefully as there are no returns on neckwear.
