JeneralArts was founded in Reisterstown, Maryland in 2007. Her artwork can be seen throughout the community but is most known for her specialty work featured in Baltimore's famous Kooper's Restaurants. Always a dog lover, Jen found her inner barking in 2010 when she painted a portrait for a friend whose dog had recently passed. She originally intended to do a realistic interpretation, but the end result was an energy filled, colorful abstraction that captured the dogs character in a unique work of art.
