CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Do not soak in water. Wash each toy separately with soapy water with some vinegar. Rinse as quickly as possible. Immediately dry with a towel. Let air dry.
For disinfection you can use rubbing alcohol. We recommend spiritus aethylicus for medical purposes.
Do not put on or near heaters. Do not keep under direct sunshine for too long. Moisture and heat can cause warping and cracking in wood, so wooden products should not be exposed to these for too long.
When toys feel too dry, they need to be oiled and / or waxed. We recommend linseed oil and beeswax waxes. Other oils and waxes could be used too: mineral oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil. Vegans can use carnauba wax instead of beeswax.

WRONG ADDRESS. If you notice you have given us a wrong address, contact us as soon as possible to provide us with the correct one. If the product ships to a wrong/nonexistent address, the package will most likely eventually be returned to us, and in certain cases we might have to pay for the return postage. If you want us to send you the package again to another address, you need to pay shipping charges again OR place a new order if you do not want to wait for the original package to be returned to us.

If you fail to receive the product, we will refund the price of the product once we receive it back, but we will not refund the shipping costs.

Racoons are my absolute favorite animals. I was looking for the perfect wooden figurine for a special set I am putting together for my children. This figurine really stood out to me as having the most beautiful shape and coloring out of everything else I can across. When it finally arrived, I knew I made the right choice. It is even more wonderful in person and will surely be treasured for years to come!

So stinking cute in person. I ordered this one more for myself than my toddler, but I'm sure he's going to love him. Clearly made with love and came wrapped up with a little ribbon.

I got my order today of the baby fox, raccoon and bat and I am once again blown away by these little figures. They are pieces of art that my kids can play with, and I know they will stand up to many play scenarios (the border collie that I got many months ago has been well loved and still looks great!). I don't have pictures right now as I am hiding these away from my kids for Christmas, (highly doubt I'll make it till then 😂) but I will update when I can.
