All original and complete small country stoneware crock with wood bail handle and original lid. This is a smaller size for the pantry and usually used for cream. Dates to late 1800's to about 1910.

Lots of age crazing on the body and a couple of small places where the salt glaze has chipped off. (Largest chip about the length of my pinky nail.) Interior is also completely glazed and in very good condition.

Small chip on the knob of the lid.

No maker's mark or decorations on this panty utility piece.

Height: 6 inches
Diameter at base: 4 3/4 inches.

This is a great antique country collectible for your kitchen and fun decorative storage keeper still today.
