For Bracelet pieces, Medium is generally for women and Large is generally for men.

For Necklaces, they're one size fits all.

Each piece takes roughly 5-7 business days to hand make in our Bali studio. Please allow 5-7 full business days to process your order. You will receive a tracking number AFTER we finish processing your order.

Each piece requires custom molding, firing, setting, finishing, and packaging which is what requires the extra time. We don't mass produce pieces for direct to consumers.

Standard international shipping = 12 business days (or so)
Express International shipping = 5 business days (or so)

We do offer refunds within 5 days of delivery proof. Items must be 100% unworn and in mint condition. Because each piece is hand made and custom, there is a 20% restocking fee per item.

We will happily exchange any ring for a different size for free. Customer is responsible for shipping back to Bali, Indonesia and then we will pay for the shipping of the newly resized ring back to your address.

Orders exceeding 3 items are not eligible for refunds due to the cost of man hours and material involved. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on bracelets or necklaces due to metal material costs and manhours required to make your custom piece. We offer refunds on defective items only.

Verdigris is the common name for a green pigment obtained through the application of acetic acid to copper plates or the natural patina formed when copper, brass or bronze is weathered and exposed to air or seawater over a period of time.

For some, their PH levels have a reaction to the brass metal elements and can turn their skin slightly green. It is totally harmless and washed off with some basic hand soap. Nothing to be alarmed about.

It happens to me with my skin all the time and comes off no issues :)

Due to the nature of handmade work and precious metal material acquisition, all orders cancelled after 24 hours from the time of purchase are subject to a 20% cancellation fee which is deducted from your cancellation refund.
