My favorite vintage linens are quilt blocks. And these Grandmother's Garden are some of the prettiest I have seen.

There are 12 blocks, all but one stitched by hand. Looking at the fabrics, these are most likely from the 1940's. These would make a beautiful quilt.
One block has the white hexagons surrounding it, the others just have the basic block completed.
Although a few fabrics repeat, all of the blocks are different in the combination of fabrics used.
My favorite is the one with black fabric, I nearly kept that one, but I just could not sell 11 blocks!!

Blocks are 11 1/2 inches across. Block with white hexagons is approx 16 1/8 inches.

If you complete these blocks into a quilt, I hope you will send me a photo!

Free shipping to the continental US. International buyers please ask for shipping costs.
