This handmade pizza peel is a wonderful addition to any pizza or bread baker's kitchen. This wooden bread peel can be used to easily slide dough into the oven or to pull out a freshly baked loaf.

Made from 100% solid walnut this peel is built to last.
We offer the peels in 3 different sizes. Our bread-sized peel measures approximately 20 inches long by 8 inches wide. The bread paddle has a working surface area of 8 inches by 10 inches with a 10 inch handle which makes it the perfect size for most loaves of bread.
The medium-sized pizza peel measures 24 inches long by 10 inches wide. The working surface on the paddle is 10 inches wide by 12 inches long with a 12-inch long handle.
Our large-sized walnut pizza peel measures 24 inches long by 12 inches wide. The working surface on the peel is 12 inches wide by 12 inches long with a 12-inch long handle.
As each bread peel is made by hand and from 100% solid hardwood there will be variations in the grain and color of the wood. We have plenty of stock to choose from so if you are looking for a lighter or darker tone for your wooden bread peel just let us know and we'll try to meet your request.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
• Hand wash only! Putting the peel in the dishwasher will cause it to warp and crack.
• The bread peel can be lightly sanded with 220 grit sandpaper and refinished with mineral oil or beeswax to bring back its shine.
