If you're a resident of the Sunflower State or you simply love sunflowers, this is a fun little souvenir cup and saucer set. Manufactured in Japan by Norcrest, this cup-and-saucer set has "Kansas Centennial 1861-1961 painted in the center of the dish. The dish is 5 inches across and the cup, which is also representative of a sunflower, measures 3 inches across the top and 1.75 inches at the base.

It's in very nice vintage condition, with no apparent chips or scratches. The edges of the sunflower petals on the dish and the cup are not especially smooth, but they are not chipped, they are intended to have the quality of the somewhat uneven outer ring of a sunflower's petals.

A great vintage midcentury item!
