Reluctantly, I am sharing my vintage flour sack quilt tops - I have so many and have decided to part with some of them as I will never get them all quilted!

I love the pattern on this one - not sure what it is called. There are five of them down and 4 of them across. Size is 68" x 86". The fabrics are a mix of flour sacks and other fabrics that were handy when this was made - it reminds me of icecream. And, it's handstitched. All cotton. ca 1920s - 1940s.

You don't have to worry about funky old smells or dry rot - I soaked and laundered it and it is intact. I did not iron it. Fresh as a daisy and ready to be made into a quilt or just laid over the top of your bed. There are several pieces that need to be restitched before quilting. And, I noticed a small place of discoloration on one of the blue pieces. It is very rare to find one in this condition. Made from all cotton flour sacks. Thanks for looking!

Although I put much care into my vintage textiles and examine them closely, there may be small imperfections that I miss.
