My shape is inspired by the Japanese bowls and my name is Donburi.

With my lid, I am useful for preparing and keeping warm your favorite oriental soup, your veggie soup, as well as your rice or noodles, or even a salad!

You can also use my lid as a saucer or small dish.

And with my decoration, inspired by the beautiful movie "Ponyo on the Cliff", feel like Ponyo enjoying your favorite instant noodle soup! ^_^

Every time I eat out of these bowls they make me so happy. They're such a pleasure to own. The lids don't have quite a perfect fit- but I appreciate handmade irregularities like this. Anything I put inside would still retain heat well. They've microwaved well and I haven't had any issues. I'm still handwashing them since we don't really use the dishwasher at the moment. The glossy dark blue and red stroke marks on the matte light blue of the outer bowl makes the design really unique. The inside is a pristine glossy white. I'm so pleased. Thank you~!

The Ponyo bowl is fantastic. Bought it to make magic Ponyo ramen for my wife's birthday (you "glue" the onions, ham and egg to the underside of the lid with melted butter.) She absolutely loved it. She even noted the blue hue.

I was so happy when I received this bowl, because it was of good quality and of great resemblance to the bowl in the movie Ponyo. It is easy to clean and does not stain. One thing that make this truly a stellar experience is the amazing customer service I received from Ivan, as there was a problem with the delivery and Ivan was quick to help and extremely communicative. All in all, I cannot recommend this bowl more and look forward to putting it to good use.
