Not only does the "Book of the Camp Fire Girls" from 1950 include choice tidbits about how to be a nice young lady, but also includes pages and pages of black and white illustrations that can be used in a myriad of ways: embroidery patterns, needlepoint, paper collage, clip art, and quilt designs. There is even a section on how to create your own symbolgram! Many of the illustrations are Native American inspired. You will use this as a reference a lot!

Camp Fire Girls, Inc
Fourth Printing September 1950

248 pages
4 3/8" x 7 3/4" x 1/2"

About 1 lb.

Good vintage condition. Claudia Butler printed her name and "1951" on the cover in ink. She colored some of the illustrations on the inside cover with colored pencil and put check marks by the activities that she completed. None of these impact the ability to use the illustrations for artwork.
