I am happy to report that we build the mirrors so they are individual panes and that if there is ever a broken pane, we don't have to replace the entire piece but just one pane. Just let us know right away the damage and we will get that shipped out. All you will need to do is take off the backer piece and carefully remove the broken glass and place your new pane in just like a picture frame photo.

If there is damage to the frame of your mirror, please let us know right away. We ask that you send us images of the damage. We will make sure to get a resolution for you right away.

HOW TO HANG MIRROR SET

MIRROR: I would hang your mirror into a stud if possible. If you do not have a stud to hang it into then I would suggest getting anchor screws from your local hardware store. Otherwise, you can just hammer your nail into the stud with the v like hook and then your mirror will get hooked directly to that. SHUTTERS: You should have received some sawtooth hangers in your order. They should be in a small baggie inside the box. These will just hammer directly into the back of each one of the shutters. One on each corner.

HOW TO ATTACH THE MASON JARS TO SHUTTERS

Place your jar on your shutter where you would like it to lay. The metal pipe clamp comes off and on your jar by loosening the one end with a flat head screw driver. Mark on your shutter where you will need to add the screw. Take the metal pipe clamp that goes around the jars off of your jars. We have drilled a hole in the clamp where the screw will go. Go ahead and add your small screw to the pipe clamp. Once the clamps are on you can add your jars and retighten the end of the pipe clamp. This will hold your jars in place securely. Add your floral decor and you are done.

I love this set. My reason for 4 stars is that the hanging brackets installed on the back of the shutters should all be set at the same height. We actually had to unscrew them, align them and re-install them. All 3 pieces should be at the same height. A little more care should be taken.
