Delayed Deliveries

When dropping off packages we make sure USPS scans and accepts our packages. Due to COVID-19 and USPS shortages, please allow additional time for packages to reach you. We are not responsible for delays after dropping off packages at USPS. Please reach out to your local USPS for additional assistance.

Missing Packages

Please make sure you have the correct address on file before submitting your order. After dropping off packages, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot provide refunds after packages are labeled as "Delivered."
