** Because I draw what I see, I need to be able to see the entire structure of the home or building. I can use photos from Googlemaps, other photographs or Zillow, however if the whole structure of the home is not visible (or at an angle you do not prefer), I will not be able to complete the painting **

Yes! I’ve done this many times! I would advise you send me the photo before you make your purchase, so that I can make sure it is something I’m able to work from. It’s also important to let me know additional details (such as the color of the house, shutters and doors) as those are often difficult to make out in online or low quality photographs.

I had two portraits of my grandparent's home painted as a gift to my mom and my aunt. My grandparents lived in their home for over 55 years, and I know it broke my mom's and aunt's hearts to have to sell their childhood home now that my grandparents are both gone. Kate did an absolutely stunning job of combining the photos and was even able to add in details that I didn't have photographs of. The paintings are beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better representation of the home we all loved so much. I honestly sobbed when I opened the package, and I can't wait to give these gifts.
