• Your order will come in safe cardboard branded box.

• Our jewelry is water-resistant, but not waterproof, so we highly recommend to avoid direct contact with water (like swimming or bathing)
• Our jewelry is made with glossy resin domes. Avoid dropping it, the domes is hard, but it can get scratched.
• You can clean the domes with a soft tissue when necessary and it will be shiny again!

• All packages are sent via International registered airmail from Ukraine.
• The tracking number, delivery confirmation, and insurance are included.
• Signature is required upon delivery.

• We send order to Etsy shipping address and not the PayPal one. Please, make sure it's correct!
• You can change shipping address after purchase if your order has not been shipped. Please, convo us with the correct address as soon as possible.

• If your package was returned to us as unclaimed we'll contact you for further information on delivery or canceling an order.
• Redelivery will cost $6.

• Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 40 days from posting date and tracking does not work.
• We will fill in the claim about the lost on our own.
• All packages are insured and we hold all the responsibility for the claims.
• While the claim is being proceeded, we would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.

• If you receive an item you did not order or if an item you ordered is received damaged or defective (we will ask for a photo though), we will issue a full refund for you or replace it with identical one.
• If you receive an item in good condition but for some reason you want to send it back and get a refund, shipping costs are not refundable.
• Refund will be provided after receiving the item.
