Please note that I don't type any information, I copy and paste exactly what I have in the order so please double check the spelling and format that you want and contact me if you need any changes. Please include all the personalization intructions in the only box that Etsy has for this or on 'notes to seller' when you are checking out, please feel free to contact me anytime if you need a change in your order, I am here to help

Please note that I take close up shots especially for the small pieces to show details, please fully read the listing descriptions as I include measurements in both inches and mm. Because pictures can be tricky, if you have questions about the sizes please check the size reference chart in all the listings or feel free to contact me and I will be happy to answer any questions

For Sterling Silver necklaces and chains: - Sterling silver will tarnish without the proper care - Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, store every piece individually - Don't wear your jewelry if you are going to be in contact with chlorine water, this will tarnish it. - The best way to prevent tarnish is to actually wear your jewelry or use it often. However, if you leave it sitting out for prolonged periods, it may begin to react to the sulfur or hydrogen sulfide in the ambient air. This reaction could cause the jewelry to tarnish. If this happens, polish as soon as you become aware of the problem. - You should not wear your jewelry when cleaning with harsh household cleaners including bleach - Don't shower with your jewelry

Gift wrapping and packaging

All necklaces come in a jewelry box ready to give (shown in the last picture of each listing), a Polishing pad (White Square) and a card with care instructions Necklace is a pendant plus the chain. All key chains and pet id tags come in an organza bag (with the exception of the ones that have the leather holder, those come with a box) All charms that don't include a chain are packed in an organza or velvet pouch and they include also a polishing pad (white square) and a card with care instructions

Personalized custom items are non-refundable, non- returnable because it was made especially for you and according to your specifications, however If there is an error in the jewelry that I have made, I will correct the mistake immediately and re-sent the piece ASAP. I don't issue refunds due to not receiving the items on time. Intentionally Me is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to normal wear and tear of item And I am not responsible for items 'not received' when have been marked as delivered by the post office. There is process to follow when this happens and the post office is able to help, I am happy to send detailed information and help when this happens

Is stamping on the back available for all the pieces?

Stamping on the back is an upgrade and starts at $8 (for the smaller pieces) because I need to use a thicker gauge and because of the extra labor. Stamping on the back is available for most of my designs but not for all; please contact me BEFORE purchasing if you want this option because I need to set up a custom listing for you with the upgrade

Information on chains

Options available for Sterling Silver Chains - Standard Chains come with a spring ring closure Please note that the Sterling Silver Ball, Cable, Baby Rolo and Box chains are considered standard. They are 1mm and 1.2 - 1.5 mm (ball chain) thick and they are delicate. - Upgraded Chains come with lobster clasp If you prefer a thicker or heavier duty chain you should consider upgrade to '1mm Venetian or Snake chain' or '1.5mm Rolo chain'. The Baby Rolo is the most delicate and dainty chain I have, very light weight. The Snake chain is also delicate, it tends to kink and it is prone to breakage and sometimes pulls the hair. The venetian chain is a great alternative to the snake chain, very resistant

What is the standard length for chains ?

My work is laser engraved, the marking is permanent and I use high quality Stainless Steel only... much better and durable than aluminum. All my pictures are close ups and taken with indirect light to show the engraving details, please note that the Stainless Steel blanks are highly polished to a mirror finish so they are shinny
