✦ We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days form the date of delivery. If your item was created specifically for you, no return or exchange will be accepted.

✦ Buyers are responsible for return shipping. We are happy to send you a return label if requested. The return label price of $5 will be deducted from your total refund.

✦ If you received free shipping when you placed your order, upon return, the original shipping cost of $5 will also be deducted from the total refund.

✦ Items must be unworn and in the original packaging. If items are returned without original packaging there will be an additional $4 restocking fee.

✦ Our free shipping does NOT come with insurance. Therefore, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages and will not provide refunds or replacements if your package doesn't arrive.

✦ In the event that your package is lost or says delivered, but wasn't, it will be the buyers responsibly to contact and follow up with USPS directly.

✦ All items ordered with upgraded USPS priority or express shipping comes with $100 of insurance in this case and can be refunded through USPS.

While our jewelry is manufactured with high quality materials, it is important to remember they are not solid gold and should be cared for properly for the longest life.

✦ After every few wears, rinse off with lukewarm water and gently dry with a soft cloth.

✦ Although water is ok, chemicals and salt are not. Make sure to remove when in pools, hot tubs, oceans, working out and in saunas. We also recommend removing when in the shower if you use soaps and/or shampoos with acid in them. Read your labels - more products contain this than you think.

✦ Keep away from perfume, hairspray, sunscreen, lotions, acids and other harsh chemicals - including jewelry cleaners.

✦ When not wearing, store in an air tight bag or our jewelry pouch.

✦ Our #1 goal is that you love your jewelry and doing business with our company! If your jewelry breaks or tarnishes within 30 days of the delivery date, please reach out to us directly via Etsy messenger so we can fix the situation at no stress to you.

✦ After 30 days, we are not longer responsible for any product issues.
