Hi dolls, here is my retro-doll apron that I made to kind of look like the first Barbie from 1959. I added my own little spice and details though. I have made a ton of Barbie style aprons and they are popular around here so I thought I would make a couple more.

About Barbie : The first Barbie doll, launched on March 9th 1959, wore a black and white zebra striped swimsuit and signature topknot ponytail, and was available as either a blonde or brunette. The doll was marketed as a "Teen-age Fashion Model".
I am not affiliated with Barbie, I share her birthday, and wanted to make this tribute apron.

*** the Fabulous Details***
Fabric: black and white stripe, and colorful polka dots designer-grade cotton. Wow! this fabric is wonderful and feels so good, I love really nice cotton fabric like this.
Accents: Barbie pink trims and two big striped bows at the neckline and on the pocket.

Make all of your friends jealous wearing this to your next photo shoot or picnic, or hosting your fabulous dinner party. Yep, because that's how you roll Barbie Doll.

My styles are my original patterns and designs; the original “Dots Diner” retro 50s diner pinup aprons.
