•Once you've purchased this listing, indicating size, please send along as high-resolution of a photo of the ultrasound print out that you can. Really try to avoid dark lighting and big glares please!

•Stitching doesn't begin until we have a consultation about exactly what you're looking for, you've approved any sketches needed, & given me the go ahead to start the piece!

•I spend hours and hours on each hoop, making sure the details match your photograph as closely as possible. Once stitching has begun, please understand no refunds can be given.

This listing is for a custom embroidered ultrasound portrait. It can range from hoop sizes 4" - 8". If youd like a different size, colors or added accents feel free to message me for a new quote!

Each portrait is a unique hand embroidered thread painting using dmc cotton thread on cotton fabric. Every piece is finished and framed in a bamboo hoop.

•Basic USPS shipping is totally included, however additional insurance for the cost of the hoop in case of damage of loss is recommended (an additional $4.75) Unfortunately I cannot control what happens to the package once it's left my possession.

•Your embroidery is likely to be finished before the processing time listed, however if you need it sooner, I'd be happy to calculate a rush fee for you.

•International shipping can be also be calculated upon request.�
