This is cut from an actual page in a 1961 issue of Esquire that was too damaged and worn to be sold intact. Advertisement for the Kodak Sound 8 Projector.

The Kodak Sound 8 Projector enabled amateur filmmakers to add a soundtrack to 8mm home movies, new or old. Color photo shows a father, son, and daughter enjoying a screening as the son holds the microphone needed for the recording process.

Size: Ad is approximately 11-3/8 x 8 inches.

Condition: Age-tanning; otherwise, only light wear. The reverse is text and part of another ad.

Interesting piece of photographic history! Fun retro gift for a budding filmmaker.
