Oh, I just LOVE these prints! My mother-in-law started me out on my addiction to Audubon prints! Her mother was a member of the Audubon Society and had quite to collection of prints that were sent to her through the mail. My husband grew up with some of the larger prints framed that travelled with his family from Illinois to Wisconsin to Arizona and back to Wisconsin! ;- ) I was given about 4 to start my collection with and then it has grown from there! While the larger prints are hard to find and are priced out of our budget, I have had a blast collecting and framing smaller prints that I have found at Estate Sales, in old books or on Etsy! The prints I am listing are left over from a book that I discovered. The cover was pretty beat up and some of the pictures were ruined but there are still some great ones in left! I shared some with my mother-in-law, as she has a strong love of these prints, took a few for myself and thought I would share the rest on my site! If you are looking for an inexpensive way to decorate, neat old prints are the way to go. ;-)

With the weather starting to cool down, it has made me think of fall. When I think of fall, I think of owls! So I am working on posting some birds that make me feel like fall, the woods, acorns and the smell of bon fires burning!

It, like the others I am going to post, are about 8 1/2" x 11 1/2" and would look so cool in an old oak frame! I grouped these two prints together to give you an idea about how these prints work together! What I love about these prints is that they are so versatile! You can make them more conservative or funky by whatever you choose as your frame! They look just as nice with wild batiks and wall color as they do calmer more sedate fabrics and colors.
