Multiple items will of course take longer to produce and ship than one item, so please check the processing time for the item, then extend it as appropriate. For example, if a blanket takes 4-6 weeks to complete and you plan to order two, expect it to take 8-12 weeks to ship.

In reality, we very often complete orders within less than the stated time, but as we sometimes have multiple orders at once, we don't want to over-promise and disappoint anyone!

Absolutely! We have a listing for this option, so if you've seen a baby blanket that you'd like to have made in a larger size, do check out the listing and drop us a message to discuss what you're looking for :)

We very often do finish and post our items before the stated processing time - but if we have a lot of orders at the same time, we have to balance our commitments to everyone and work on multiple items at once, so having slightly longer timelines helps us avoid disappointing anyone!

If you really need your item to be posted earlier than the stated time, we recommend contacting us *before* you place an order, to discuss whether it's possible, and agree a timeline that works for both of us. We love making special items for our customers so we will always try to do what we can! :)

As eco-friendly as possible! We try to reuse packaging where we can (e.g. the cardboard boxes or wrapping that our yarn orders come in) and we don't use additional packaging, like tissue paper. If your item is a gift though, then we make sure the outside looks as pretty as what's inside 😊

If you're purchasing a ready-made item, you can cancel it if we haven't yet dispatched it, and you can return it if it arrives and you're not happy with it for some reason.

However, if you're purchasing a custom item, you have two days in which to cancel it after ordering - this is because we need to order yarn and get started on making your order as soon as possible in order to dispatch it in time, so we can't wait around for too long! Similarly, custom items can't be returned as they have been made to your specifications and may not be suitable for resale to other customers - unless of course there is a fault with the item itself, in which case please do get in touch.
