I try to answer all your questions you might have regarding policies. If there is anything unclear or you have a questions please sent me a message. I will almost always reply within 24 hours (working days). Because I offer a service in form of a digital file it is important that you understand what you are buying and what you receive. You will receive a digital file nothing will be physically shipped to you. You will receive files where the fonts are outlined as for licensing reasons we can not supply you with the font.

Make sure ones you receive your download you save it onto your computer straight away as we can not keep all the logos on our computers they will be removed at some point and won't be able to resent it to you.

Make sure you are aware of what you are buying, understand how the process works, what the timeline is and you agree to our terms and policies of Irene Florentina Design Studio.

We don't work national holidays in the Netherlands. During holidays there will be longer processing times. Please check the shop announcements for any changes in turn over time.

We are located in the Netherlands so we work according to GMT +1 timezone.

All pre-made logos are not exclusive and will be resold.

Colours may vary between screens and printers. It could be that your final printed designs don't look the same as on the screen, usually less vibrant. We always suggest you to do a proof print of your design before doing a full run.

If you order a custom logo design you will be provided with lots of options. You will only own the final logo design and I will provide you with all your files. Any other assets not used in your logo, that were created during the process can be reused by me for other logos that will be sold.

The buyer can not resell, relicense or redistribute any of our products in any sort of way. Irene Florentina Design Studio owns all the rights to the designs. You can use your design for personal or business use.

You can not claim the work as your own.

We reserve the right to promote the design work we do for you on our website and social media.

We have the right that any material that was created during the process of your custom item may be reused for other designs. Not including the designs used in your final outcome of course.

Please check your email associated with Etsy. They would have sent you an email of your purchase with a download link. This can end up in a promotions or spam folder so be sure to check those just in case. You can also go to your Etsy account on the top right where you see your profile. Click on your icon and go to “purchases and reviews”. Here you wil see your latest purchases. Go to this purchase and then on the right side you can download the file.

You will receive a zip file which you will have to unzip on your computer this does not work on a tablet or mobile phone! I believe there are some apps out there that you can download and can unzip but I can not advice you on one.

Make sure you are using a desktop computer and not a tablet or mobile as this won’t work unless you have installed some sort of app.

WINDOWS

> To unzip the entire folder, right-click (or press and hold) it, select
Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

> To unzip a single file or folder, double-click the zipped folder to
open it. Then, drag or copy the item from the zipped folder to a
new location.



MAC

> Double click the zipped file.

> The file will automatically be decompressed by Archive Utility
into the same folder the compressed file is in.

> Access the extracted files by clicking the appropriate icons.
> Upload your extracted file to your program

To get a receipt / invoice of your order please go to your account on the top right. And got to "purchases" then search for the purchase you need the receipt for. On the right hand side you can choose "view receipt". On this page you will see your receipt of the order and you can also print it. For printing go to "print options" and choose "print order".
