My purchase took a month and a half to arrive Lisbon and I thought I wasn´t going to receive it anymore, I was disappointed with that fact, but Katrin was available to resolve it. When it arrived I noticed it had a little defect (a small piece of the feather silver covering had fallen out, near the lateral perforation) – About this I never had any answer -I think the communication with the client could improve...or maybe I was just unlucky this time. I also asked for a sterling silver bangle upgrade, so I think it should have the sterling silver symbol which it doesn't have. Nevertheless, I really like the bracelet, it has a beautiful design and suits perfectly on my wrist - It´s lovely to be honest!

I love this bracelet. i got 2 made for me and my bestie to commemorate a special time we shared together. Its perfect i never take it off. i havent been able to give my friend hers as it didnt arrive on time, but i know she will love it when she receives it. Thank you So much Karen :)
