There are 12 powders in this tea including Tarragon, Galanga, Mullein, Maca, Fennel, Black Cardamom, Bamboo Mushroom, Spanish Needles, Garam Masala, Caraway, Clove and Guayusa. Each of these plants have favorable properties that have been tested by time. Spanish Needles also known as Bidens Pilosa is an annual species flowering plant in the daisy family and in Vietnam the herb has been adopted as a vegetable. It is both fragrantly sweet and earthy. Tarragon is a perennial herb in the sunflower family that is used to treat digestion problems and is one of the four 'fines herbes' of French culinary. These 12 plants have been blended together in a convenient powdered form so that your body can absorb them completely. This is no ordinary tea. It is both delicate and strong. With spicy aromas, notes of Cardamom and hints of Guayusa will energize you in an uplifting medium caffeine experience, your core will thank you and your body will be awakened and inspired. Suggested Use: Stir or whisk 1/2 teaspoon in 8 ounces of hot water as often as you like. Great in smoothies too. Can be enjoyed iced or in mineral water as well. Especially delicious in a steamer with warm coconut milk. Like matcha, the powder will settle to the bottom of the cup. Be sure to stir and consume all of the powder in order to absorb these plants completely. A long lost practice, powdered teas were ground and served in tea houses as early as the 10th century.
