Returns & exchanges

We are committed to providing best possible customer service and the client satisfaction is extremely important to us. We always aim to find satisfying solution to any claims received. Therefore once we receive one and agree on the details, we are open to accepting returns and issuing a refund for an unworn product shipped back to us in the original packaging. The refund is issued once the item reaches our studio. The shipping cost for returning an item must be covered by the customer.

We are also open to exchanging the product, however please note that the additional shipping costs - both ways - must be covered by the customer. We will only ship the exchanged product back to the customer after receiving the amount due for the shipping and after agreeing the details.

Please note that the custom-made and made to order items are not returnable or exchangeable.

If you want to return or exchange the product please message us or email on info [at] celapiu.pl to obtain a goods return form that you will need to fill in and send back to us together with the product.

As a seller we are unable to take responsibility for items that are lost, damaged or not delivered by the postal services / shipping companies. On a very rare occasion when the item is not delivered in time, despite being despatched from our studio, we will file a claim to the postal services / shipping company. The claim requires 30 days processing time to be resolved. If the lost parcel is not retrieved and delivered within those 30 days, we will only then issue a refund for the lost item.

Shipping policies

All celapiu's designs are sent by Registered Priority Mail. All in-stock items are posted within 1-4 business days after the payment is received. Other products are shipped within deadline stated on the product's listing page.

Shipping time for Europe is approx. 5 business days, for other locations (US, Canada, Asia, Australia) approx. 7 business days. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. From our experience shipping within Europe usually takes 3-4 days , while to other locations it's either on time or a couple of days longer.

If you would like to upgrade to express shipping with courier company please contact us prior to purchase and we will customize your listing.

We ship to the Etsy address (not PayPal).

Unclaimed orders that were returned will be re-sent after payment for the second shipping is received.

Additional policies

Please note, that all of our designs are handmade and no two products are the exact copies. Ordered product will not be the same one as in photos, but another one, made by hand following the same pattern.
