Paella is a typical Spanish dish that became a big fad in the 50s and 60s. A must in any Mad Men retro home! Paella is usually a seafood and/or meat stew and is traditionally cooked in a paellera - a round flat pan with two handles - which is then put on the table. This is a very beautiful paellera, made in Spain, and it looks as though it was never used.

If you don’t do paella, it would be an elegant way to serve warm tortillas on the table. The top turns to create steam vents. The pot is 8-1/2" in diameter and is 11" wide including handles, it is 6" tall including top nob.
