Why is our policy no returns or exchanges?

I want my customers to be happy 😃 with their purchase. I provide multiple pictures of every side of a product. I edit each picture to represent the actual color of the product. I take measurements after the dyeing and drying process. I take great care in describing each type of product. I also give advice on how to measure yourself and which measurement is the most important. In today's world of pandemics and climate change as part of the new normal, refunds and exchanges would require me to again spend time to rewash, dry, iron and tag items so they can be resold. Therefore, up to a 20% processing fee may be charged if an item is returned. Please choose wisely. As always, feel free to message me with further questions.

I spend a lot of time measuring each product after the dye process, which includes multiple hot washes and tumble drying. I don't just depend on the manufacture sizes. This ensures you receive the right fit. So please don't just order your "usual" size as there is nothing consistent about sizing. Read and compare the measurements to your own.
