This is an outrageous tunic made of soft black jersey it features a full-length genie illustration applique, complete with a lamp, smoke, and turban. The woman who owned this dress was named Dolores Vanetti Ehrenreich and she was an interpreter and the lover of the French philosopher Jean Paul Sartre. This tunic must have been a favorite, because there are under arm patches - a creative repair job that enhances the general coolness of this piece. In great vintage condition.
