Moai 1 is the perfect unusual ornament for indoor display!

The Moai are monolithic human figures carved from rock on Easter Island (Rapa Nui). They have overly large heads and pouting lips which give them rather proud, smug, disdainful, expressions!

Some Moai consist of a head and torso with arms but no legs, with the head disproportionately large, and sometimes wearing a large red "hat." They are generally mounted on platforms, called Ahu. Others, like this one, are just the head and neck, perhaps shoulders, and are generally found around the hillside at Rano Raraku, the volcanic crater from which they quarried the stone for the statues.

This figurine measures approximately 9 cm (3.5 inches) in height, 6.5 cm (2.5 inches) in width, and 5 cm (1.75 inches) in depth.

It is 3D printed, hand painted, with an artificial leather pad on the bottom.

There are 4 color choices available: Dark Stone, Brown Stone, Grey Stone, and Sand Stone.

This has been such a useful purchase for me in getting used to playing my new alto flute with curved headjoint. This corrects the balance issues that caused my right hand to have issues. I am not sure about other makers, but it fits in my Trevor James case without having to remove it. Fabulous!
