This is a 1974 hardback edition of The Cooking of the Caribbean Islands. It was originally published in 1970 by TIME LIFE Books as part of their Foods of the World series. Excellent vintage condition with no marks, no stains, no tears and the binding is still intact. Normal and minor wear and tear on outside edges. Beautiful color cover and inside images. Some of recipes it contains include: Baked Papaya with Meat Filling, Cassava Biscuits, Beignets de Banane, and Cream of Crab Soup. It measures 11" tall by 8 3/4" wide. 208 pages, ISBN 0809400448.
