What are you doing to be environmentally friendly?

I try to reuse packaging materials as much as possible. This means you may receive bags or boxes that are lovingly recycled. I do try to package things to minimize damage, but please let me know if you would prefer not to receive a business card, thank you note or other packaging in your order.

Can I get this by (insert date here)?

If you give me enough advanced notice, probably. I ship within one week of purchase for most of my items. I use USPS ground advantage or priority if over 1lb. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, but I can't make any specific promises for when things arrive. Once a package is shipped, it’s out of my hands. If you need an item by a specific date or holiday, please let me know well in advance. I can also upgrade you if you’re willing to pay the extra shipping cost. Please send me a message to work something out.

Is (insert item here) waterproof?

Stickers that are marked "waterproof" are waterproof. Buttons are pressed by hand and should be fine in light rain but cannot be submerged in water or drenched. Tote Bags have not been tested so I would be cautious in washing them, but they should be fine in light rain as well. Pillows are washable on a delicate cycle in cold water or by hand.

I noticed a defect in my product or I am not happy with my product. Can I get a refund or another product?

Buyers have 48 hours from delivery to inspect their purchase and contact me with a photo of their product. If it is found to be defective, I will refund the full purchase. If the item arrived safely but you are not happy with it for any reason, you may ship the item back to me within 21 days of delivery and you will be refunded for the product. I will not refund shipping on items returned because the buyer decided they didn't want/like it. If the item is damaged in transit back to me, I will not refund the purchase. NO PARTIAL REFUNDS ON HOLOGRAPHIC. It's impossible for me to tell how much of the product you will use, so if you are unhappy with the item, you must ship it back to me in full to receive a refund.

Help! I damaged my item! Will you send me another?

I am not responsible for any damage caused after I ship your item. This includes theft of packages or damage caused by postal workers. As stated above, you have 48 hours upon receipt of the package to inspect it and report damages, including photographic evidence, at which point I will make a determination.

I accidentally ordered an item to the wrong address! Will you change it for me?

I can't ship items to addresses different than what was submitted in the order. But if you order the item again to the correct address, I'll happily cancel your original order. If I have already shipped the item, I will refund the order minus my own shipping costs IF AND ONLY IF I the item is returned to me. I will not refund items that are lost in the mail due to an incorrect address on your part.

Does your merchandise come from a clean, allergen-free home?

I don’t smoke or live with anyone who does, but I do have a small black dog and his hair gets everywhere. I try to avoid this but sometimes a few of his little hairs might get into an order. Please let me know before you order if you are allergic to dogs or need me to take special care packaging your order for any reason.

What does your packaging look like?

Packaging varies by item. I ship most flat items in regular envelopes or rigid mailers. This includes holographic orders. Nearly everything else INCLUDING BUTTONS is shipped in metallic bubble mailers. Please let me know AT THE TIME OF YOUR ORDER if you need your packaging to be less ostentatious — I am aware that sometimes parents/guardians are not so welcoming. If you're getting a pride button and need camouflage, let me know via message, or just write "please pack discreetly" in the notes section of your order.

I never received my item!

Whether your item has tracking or not, please reach out to me and I can assist. Please note that I do not consider something lost until at least two weeks have passed since I have shipped the item.

My item was returned to sender. What happens now?

Items that were returned to sender through no fault of mine can be sent back if you agree to pay for shipping again. You may also choose a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. You may also be subject to additional fees if I have to completely repackage the item. This includes items that were returned to me due to failure to pickup or reschedule a delivery, or if you gave me the wrong address in your order. I will not issue a refund or send a new item until I have the original item returned safely to me. Refunds will not be given to items damaged in transit.

This listing is for self-adhesive transparent holographic film! The design is a subtle overall oil slick holographic. It appears transparent but is holographic when it catches the light. Very nice for subtle projects! The sizes are in inches.

The film comes in different sizes and is cut from a larger roll by hand, so please excuse a small amount of size variance.

Custom sizing available! Please send me a direct message if you want a size not specified here.

This transparent film can be used for prints, buttons, scrapbooking and other crafts! It works like a sticker - just peel off the backing and stick it to whatever! It’s easily cut with scissors or a hole punch.

Film will be shipped in a poly bag with cardboard backing or a flat envelope depending on size of order.

PLEASE NOTE: this is a novelty grade holographic and cannot be laminated or covered with clear tape or it will lose its holographic. If you rub it too hard the oil from your fingers might affect it. If this happens, try gently wiping the areas with a screen wipe and a small amount of water and the holographic should come back when dry Rubbing it very hard might result in permanent damage so apply it carefully!
ALSO NOTE: this pattern has seams that are visible in some spots. Please let me know BEFORE ORDERING if you need a perfectly seamless piece and I'll do my best.

Product is not tested for outdoor use. Use on or inside cars at your own risk. I highly recommend getting a sample from my sample pack listing if you'd like to test it out yourself.

I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT RESIN OR MOLDS. Please do not ask me if this product will work for that. I don't know. You can order a sample from the sample listing if you want to test it first before committing to a larger piece.
