4. PRINT YOUR FILES ON WHITE CARD STOCK OR PHOTO PAPER
Print at home or take your files to a copy center (ex: Office Depot, Office Max or Fed Ex) on a memory stick. Make sure your copy center opens the files in the latest version of Adobe Reader only. Also, instructions are included on how to convert your file to JPEG to print at a photo lab.

You can also download your files directly from Etsy. Login into your Etsy account and in the top right you will see the link "You" scroll down to "Purchases and Review" there you will see a list of your purchase with a link to download your order on the right hand side.
* For some reason the link does not show up on mobile devices so make sure you are viewing from a desktop computer.

No, you cannot edit or personalize these on an iPad, iPhone or other mobile tablet/device. You will need a desktop computer with Adobe Reader Installed

Yes, If you are using a Mac the default program is Previewer though which will NOT allow you to edit the text fields. These files are specifically designed to be used in Adobe Reader.

Yes, If you need to change the font, size or color hit Crtl+E or CMD+E if you are using a Mac or View > Tool Bars > Properties Bar

* You cannot change the location of any of the text, fonts or graphics. You can only enter customized wording in the editable text fields. You can change the font type, font color and font size though.

Although it is permitted to use the character images for one-time personal use only, not all photo labs are aware of this. Simply try another photo lab or print at home.

USE A PRINTING KIOSK TO AVOID COPYRIGHT ISSUES
You can avoid such issues by using many store's printing kiosks located in their photo department. These are great because you can immediately print the cards and pay at the counter.

Photo labs only print JPEG format files. If you would like to print any of our PDF files at a photo lab or an online photo print shop, your file needs to be converted into a JPEG file. Instructions are included in your downloads on how to do this.
