Check out the last photo example showing how your FINAL 8.5x11 portrait ticket PDF page will look when ready to print.
>> if printing yourself, make sure that the box 'scale to fit' is NOT checked (found somewhere in your print dialog box, all programs are a bit different). The file needs to print at 100% on 8.5 x 11 card stock, no bleed or margins.

PRINTING
>> I suggest printing on heavy cover stock (not text weight); choose either a white, cream or light color / metallic or matte finish

TICKET SIZES:
>> SMALL: you'll get 4 tickets per 8.5x11 printed page
>> MEDIUM: you'll get 3 tickets per 8.5x11 printed page
(to determine how many pages you will need to print, count your GUEST addresses & divide by 3 -or- 4)

MAGNETS?
You have the option to add magnetic tape/strips to the back of each ticket once printed (look for at office supply/craft stores, or online at amazon). Or email the final hi-res PDF file to a local printer that can print on 8.5x11 magnet sheets… or buy the sheets yourself and print at home [if you have an ink jet printer].
