Each shelf is made to order from carefully selected hardwood and ships ready to install.

Most orders ship via standard ground delivery and arrive within approximately 2–3 business days in transit. Larger orders are typically crated and shipped via LTL freight, with an estimated transit time of 3–7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Each shelf is made to order based on the size, finish, and configuration you select. Because of this, all items are built specifically for your space.

Returns

• Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Approved returns must be shipped back within 40 days of shipment
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Items must be returned in unused, uninstalled, and resalable condition
• Due to the made-to-order nature of our shelves, returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee
• Returns are not accepted on custom sizes or personalized orders

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges and treat them as two separate transactions (a new order and a return of the original order).

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• The original order is subject to a 25% restocking fee
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Items must be returned in unused and resalable condition

Damage or Defect Claims

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Because we use real solid wood, natural variation in color, grain, and character is expected. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
