Home Fry Sunday

Every Sunday when I was little and stayed over at my grandparents house my grandpa would make a big Sunday breakfast before church.

He would make home fries from the leftover Saturday potatoes with his own special seasoning.
They were delicious and I tried for years to duplicate his potatoes. I think I finally have.

Boil up a few potatoes, day or two before is best, place them in the fridge, covered. On day of use just dice them peels and all, in large dices, and put in a bowl. Sprinkle 2 or 3 tablespoons of home fry seasoning and toss.

Pour a couple Tablespoons of your favorite oil in your fry pan and when it starts to ripple add the potatoes, turn a couple of times till they are browned on all sides. Drain on a paper towel covered platter and enjoy.

Taste the potatoes as you fry them and add more seasoning to your taste.

4 ounce jar of seasoning for lots of Home Fry Sundays.

Convo me for larger quantities.
