Hooks will arrive with a protective coating. Upon receipt, remove this film and clean with soap and water before using.
Due to high demand, we are only able to offer clear hooks with white lettering. We have another listing for blue acrylic hooks if interested.
Donated hooks will be sent to those whom we believe have the current greatest need and are not sent with your order.
Due to the nature of this product we will not be able to accept returns.
Please be advised that these hooks should be kept out of reach of children as they could pose as a choking hazard.
These hooks are not very flexible. They are also not unbreakable. **** Please handle them carefully and follow all instructions included.
Please do not use ALCOHOL to clean them as it may cause them to break.
Hooks are engraved on one side only. When you leave your name or phrase for personalization, make sure you have typed it EXACTLY as you want it, including capitalization and SPELLING. Please double check that you entered it correctly. Once submitted, NO changes will be made or substituted once they are cut and engraved.
If your package is lost in the mail, please understand that it is not our responsibility. You will need to contact the USPS. These hooks are sent out FIRST CLASS only. If you want to add insurance you can upgrade during checkout to PRIORITY mail. We are not responsible for packages misdirected if your mailing address is incorrect. Please verify your address during checkout. This is where it will be shipped. We cannot make any changes to addresses or redirect mail for you. That is your responsibility.
Please note that minor imperfections can not be considered damage. Nor can we replace items that have been mishandled or misused. We have enclosed instructions for handling and care in every order. Please read and follow them for optimal results.
If your item is damaged in the mail you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If we opt to replace an item, you will be responsible for all shipping costs for the replacement order.

I work in an emergency room and I wanted to get mask clips for my co-workers and I stumbled across April and the Blank Plank Shop. April was able to engrave custom sayings on each clip, which makes them extra special! She was able to create them quickly, she was easy to work with, and very professional.
