All orders are shipped with a tracking number to assure proper delivery. Post office delays may occur at times, which is out of our control.

If you have not received your package in a timely manner, please check the tracking number provided and, if necessary, contact your local post office.

Please note that we are not responsible for missing orders due to incorrect mailing addresses. If your purchase has been shipped to an old address please contact your local postal service for assistance.

We use USPS and ship your order within 1-3 days of purchase. Choosing Priority mail does not change our processing time; however, it does assure that you'll receive your package faster than you would with the standard first class mail.

For large orders OR custom orders, we may require 1-2 additional days of processing time.

If you are unhappy with anything you receive, send us a convo within 3 days. Once we receive your return 𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐧, we will issue a refund (minus shipping cost).

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for ON SALE or Custom orders.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. It's recommended that you retain a tracking number. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
